The Board of Directors for Project Restore Ministries is responsible for providing spiritual oversight, strategic direction, governance, and financial accountability to ensure the organization fulfills its mission of poverty alleviation and community restoration, outreach, and community impact. Board members serve as stewards of the ministry’s vision, values, and resources.

The primary duty of this Board of Director’s role is to ensure that fundraising issues are being addressed at the board level by monitoring the status of fundraising efforts from a strategic vantage point

The primary duty of this Board of Director’s role is to connect Project Restore Ministries and its mission, vision and programs to the most strategic and appropriate partners for completion of Project Restore Ministries programs, development of the funding base and enhancement of the Project Restore Ministries governance. Additionally, the Director will work with the Communications Director to oversee all efforts to expand the general Project Restore Ministries community.

Spiritual Director Role Description: The role of the S.D. is to seek the Lord on behalf of the ministry and to communicate specific impressions and scripture that he/she is receiving from the Lord to the Ex Dir, Board, and prayer team.

The primary duty of this Board of Director’s role is to ensure that Project Restore Ministries marketing and promotion efforts are being addressed at the board level. And to build on our original strategic marketing and promotional plan for the ministry.

The primary duty of this Board of Director’s role is to overseas all financial efforts of the Project Restore Ministries organization. Additionally, the Director will work with the Board of Directors to establish annual budgets of Project Restore Ministries community.
