Marilyn Johnson
Marilyn has a passion for teaching biblical financial principles and a heart for the financially-vulnerable. Following a 27-year career as housing management administrator at the Jacksonville Housing Authority, she answered the call to start Project Restore Ministries in order to provide Bible-based financial education to Jacksonville’s inner city. Her goal is to empower the materially poor with knowledge that will alleviate poverty and build strong communities—the way God intended. Marilyn is a certified facilitator of the Faith & Finances curriculum and a financial coach and certified facilitator of small study groups for Compass – Finances God’s Way, where she also serves as a volunteer board member. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University and attends Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church with her husband, Daniel.
